IVGK - GENERAL PURPOSE RUBBER LINED BUTTERFLY VALVE
A real workhorse from the IV stables, IVGK model Butterfly valve incorporates the optimum design features to provide long trouble free service in the field. This general purpose soft seated Butterfly valve has a fully rubber lined single piece body with centric disc construction and is available in wafer type body pattern.
The body liner which also functions as the soft seat, comes in either a replaceable version or an integrally molded (bonded) version and offers 100 % bi-directional sealing against vacuum to rated pressure of PN10 or PN 16.
The wafer style body has universal design to fit between pipe flanges of almost all popular flange standards.

Yet another real workhorse from the IV stables, IVTL model Butterfly valve incorporates the optimum design features to provide long trouble free service in the field. This general purpose soft seated Butterfly valve has a fully rubber lined single piece body with a centric disc construction and is available in wafer lugged style body pattern to ensure precise location in pipeline.
The body liner which also functions as the soft seat, come either in a replaceable version or an integrally moulded (bonded) version and offers 100 % bi-directional sealing against vaccum to rated pressures of PN 10 or PN 16.
The lugged version with threaded holes can be used as end of line valves or terminal end valves.

Intervalve Butterfly Valve model IVGE / IVTLE is an economical answer to the corrosion problems faced by Chemical process industries with conventional metal seated Butterfly valves. The valve's unique design totally eliminates media contact with any metallic surface of the valve. The valve has a fully rubber lined body and a rubber encapsulated disc with a square slot for the drive end shaft.
The integrally moulded spherical profile seat with a matching profile on the disc shoulder (both closed die moulded) ensures perfect sealing with minimum operating torque and prevents any fluid ingress into the shaft bores.
The valve is available in 'wafer' as well as 'wafer lugged' version with a host of seat and encapsulation material to cater to majority of the chemical process industry requirement.

IVTFE - PTFE LINED BUTTERFLY VALVE
The ultimate in corrosion resistant Butterfly valve
Intervalve's PTFE lined Butterfly valve model IVTFE provides an optimum solution to the corrosion problems Encountered by the chemical process industries with conventional Butterfly valves. The PTFE seat liner covers the entire wetted surface of the body and extends on to the flange contact faces, thus eliminating possibility of any media contact with the body metal. Its split body makes it easy for seal replacement during maintainance.
The fully circular back up elastomer and live loaded disc shoulder sealing ensures bubble tight closing of the Valve with zero shaft leakage. The valve is adaptable for ON / OFF as well as control duty and can be fitted with actuators and accessories as required to meet the specific duty conditions.

IVEX-F/T/M - HIGH PERFORMANCE BUTTERFLY VALVES
The ultimate in high performance Butterfly valves, IV's IVEX-series incorporates the 'state of the art' valve technology to out perform the competition. The double offset disc design nearly eliminates the seating wear due to the camming action of the disc during closing. The mechanical stopper provided on the valve body ensures precise valve closing every time to ensure specified seat tightness. The disc has a spherical profile and comes out of contact with seat in the initial opening itself.
The valve is available with 3 distinctly different seat design versions, viz. Soft seated, Fire safe and Metal to Metal seated with wafer or wafer lugged body option.
The valve has excellent throttling characteristics with good low flow control capability, which offers an inherently higher rangeability. This feature of IVEX series makes them ideal for the flow control / modulating duties. An adjustable gland box type shaft sealing arrangement permits on line adjustment of the packing to ensure zero leakage.
The fire safe version, IVEX - F model has been fire tested and certified as per the requirements API 607 standard by Lloyd's Register of Shipping.

IVR - SEATLESS BUTTERFLY DAMPER
The IVR model Butterfly dampers, offered by Intervalve India are essentially seatless Butterfly valves intended for low pressure gas lines and air lines. The lightweight construction with the narrow wafer body enables easy fitment of these valves in ducts, manifolds and exhaust lines without additional support or strengthening of pipe lines.
IVR valves are primarily intended for low - pressure large volume gas / air flow control applications. The absence of seat substantially reduces the valve operating torque requirements and makes the valve very effective for flow control / regulation duties. IVR is an ideal choice for furnace air flow and combustion control applications.
Even though the body is designed for a maximum pressure of 2.5 bar the maximum shut off pressure is limited to 0.5 bar only .The disc flap is held in position by a stub shaft with an axial locking arrangement provided on the top shaft. The top shaft sealing is through stuffing box type gland sealing arrangement, which is field adjustable.
